JEE Main Coaching Classes

What is JEE Main?

Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main is conducted to offer admissions to interested candidates in undergraduate engineering programmes at NITs (National Institutes of Technology), IIITs (Indian Institutes of Information Technology) and other centrally funded technical institutions (CFTIs) across the country.
JEE Main Paper-1 (online) is for candidates seeking to pursue BE/BTech at NITs, IIITs and CFTIs. JEE Main Paper-2 (offline) is for B.Arch & B.Planning aspirants.
This exam is also the eligibility test for JEE advanced which is the entrance exam for admissions to programmes offered by the 23 IITs in India. Only the top 2,24,000 score holders in JEE Main exam are eligible to apply for JEE Advanced Exam.

Number Of Times Exam Conducted

Twice a year. Thus, candidates can appear twice in the same year. NTA will consider the best score of the two attempts. The age eligibility allows a candidate to appear in JEE Main for three consecutive years.

Exam Criteria

Age limit has been removed. Aspirants who have qualified Class 12th can apply for the exam irrespective of their age.

Candidates can opt for Question Paper in either of the following languages English, Hindi and Gujarati

Duration of Course

B.Tech: The Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) is the 4 year full-time undergraduate course leading to the engineering degree.

B.Arch: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) is a 5 year full-time duration programme.

Exam Duration

JEE Main online exam: 180 minutes

JEE Main offline exam: 180 minutes

Paper 1 and Paper 2 will be held in two shifts per day
